At Rims Events & Party Rentals, we take pride in providing clean, hygienic, and event-ready tableware. To ensure smooth service and maintain the quality of our rentals, please review our cleaning and return guidelines below.


✅ What We Provide

All glassware, dinnerware, and cutlery are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and securely packed before delivery. Every item is ready for immediate use at your event.


🧽 Post-Event Cleaning Options

Option 1: Return Unwashed (We clean it for you)

  • Simply empty liquids and scrape off all food debris.
  • No need to wash – we’ll handle the cleaning and sanitization in our facility.
  • A cleaning fee may apply, which will be outlined in your quote or invoice.

Option 2: Return Clean (Save on cleaning fees)

  • Wash all items with hot, soapy water.
  • Ensure items are free from food, grease, and residue.
  • Thoroughly dry before repacking to prevent moisture damage.

❌ Important Notes

  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or sponges on any items – this can cause scratches and damage.
  • Broken, chipped, or missing items will be charged at full replacement cost.
  • Items returned with excessive residue or improperly packed may incur additional cleaning or handling fees.

📦 Repacking Instructions

  • Please repack all items in the original crates or boxes provided.
  • Ensure all items are dry and securely packed to prevent damage during return transport.
  • Glassware should be returned upright and cutlery sorted where possible.
